What Is Beading
Beading refers to the narrow strips of wood fixed around the edges of door panels. It serves several purposes:
Protects edges from damage and wear over time
Hides gaps between door panels or glass inserts
Adds visual interest by creating clean lines or decorative patterns
Improves door stability by reinforcing joints
Our Options
You can choose 1 of 6 options for your external door panels, either with beading (A-C) or without (D-F).
Key:

WITH BEADING

WITHOUT BEADING

Examples of our Doors with Beading
Doors without beading, however, are still secure, long-lasting and give a clean look.
